Terms And Conditions
- Each member has to pay 12 installments of Rs 1600 per month.
- If you pay before the 15th of each month, you will have the opportunity to win a special prize lucky draw and special prize on the 20th.
- The draw result will be held in the presence of the members every month. Members who do not attend will be informed through D&D Company’s YouTube channel and WhatsApp.
- No cash will be given in lieu of the prize for any reason.
- The prize of the member’s choice will be given to the member within 7 days after the draw result.
- If you choose the incentive prize, it cannot be changed for any reason.
- The member will be given the selected item within 30 days after the completion of the monthly installment.
- The monthly installment amount is not considered an investment. It is an advance payment to purchase products from our current and future showrooms.
- The items shown on the card are their color, size It may vary from company to company, but if they win or lose a prize in any draw, you will be given the item you chose at the end.
- If you stop the installment within five months of the monthly amount you pay each month, you will not be refunded any amount. After 6 months of installment and if the installment are stopped in the middle, after 12 months you can get the items we fix in the showroom at the agreed price.
- D & D Company shall not be held liable for losses incurred by unauthorized persons, payments to unauthorized accounts or to unauthorized scanners.
- The decision of the organizer is final.
- ಪ್ರತಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಪ್ರತಿ ತಿಂಗಳು ರೂ 1600 ರಂತೆ 12 ಕಂತುಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕು.
- ಪ್ರತಿ ತಿಂಗಳು 15ನೇ ತಾರೀಕಿಗೆ ಮುಂಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಪಾವತಿಸಿದರೆ 20ನೇ ತಾರೀಖಿನಂದು ನಡೆಯುವ ವಿಶೇಷ ಬಹುಮಾನ ಲಕ್ಕಿ ಡ್ರಾ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿಶೇಷ ಬಹುಮಾನ ಪಡೆಯುವ ಅವಕಾಶವಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
- ಪ್ರತಿ ತಿಂಗಳು ಡ್ರಾ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶವನ್ನು ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಸಮ್ಮುಖದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಹಾಜರಾಗದ ಸದಸ್ಯರುಗಳು D&D ಕಂಪನಿಯ ಯೂಟ್ಯೂಬ್ ಚಾನೆಲ್ ಮತ್ತು ವಾಟ್ಸಾಪ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
- ಯಾವ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕು ಬಹುಮಾನದ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಹಣ ಕೊಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
- ಡ್ರಾ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಬಂದ ಬಳಿಕ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯ ಬಹುಮಾನವನ್ನು 7 ದಿನಗಳ ಒಳಗೆ ಕೊಡಲಾಗುವುದು.
- ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹ ಬಹುಮಾನವನ್ನು ನೀವು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದಲೂ ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ.
- ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಪ್ರತಿ ತಿಂಗಳು ಕಟ್ಟುವ ಕಂತು ಮುಗಿದ ನಂತರ 30 ದಿನಗಳ ಒಳಗೆ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಪದಾರ್ಥವನ್ನು ಕೊಡಲಾಗುವುದು.
- ಮಾಸಿಕ ಕಂತು ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಹೂಡಿಕೆ ಎಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಇದು ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಮತ್ತು ಮುಂಬರುವ ಶೋರೂಮ್ಗಳಿಂದ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳನ್ನು ಖರೀದಿಸಲು ಮುಂಗಡ ಪಾವತಿಯಾಗಿದೆ.
- ಕಾರ್ಡಿನಲ್ಲಿ ತೋರಿಸಿದ ವಸ್ತುಗಳು ಅದರ ಬಣ್ಣ ಗಾತ್ರ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಭಿನ್ನವಾಗಿರಬಹುದು ಆದರೆ ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ತಮಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಡ್ರಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹುಮಾನ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದರು ಅಥವಾ ಸಿಗದಿದ್ದರೂ ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವ ವಸ್ತುವನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿರೋ ಆ ವಸ್ತುವನ್ನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಕೊಡಲಾಗುವುದು.
- ನೀವು ಪ್ರತಿ ತಿಂಗಳು ಪಾವತಿಸುವ ಮಾಸಿಕ ಮೊತ್ತದ 5 ತಿಂಗಳ ಒಳಗೆ ನೀವು ಕಂತನ್ನು ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರೆ ನಿಮಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಯಾವುದೇ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಮರುಪಾವತಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. 6 ತಿಂಗಳು ಕಂತನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿ ನಂತರ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂತನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರೆ 12 ತಿಂಗಳ ನಂತರ ನೀವು ಕಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಬೆಲೆಗೆ ಶೋರೂಮ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ನಿಗದಿಪುಡಿಸುವ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು.
- ಅನಧಿಕೃತ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಗೆ, ಅನಧಿಕೃತ ಖಾತೆಗೆ ಅಥವಾ ಅನಧಿಕೃತ ಸ್ಕ್ಯಾನರ್‌ಗೆ ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಂಟಾಗುವ ನಷ್ಟಗಳಿಗೆ D & D ಕಂಪನಿ ಹೊಣೆಗಾರರಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
